A Gaga and Ke$ha hybrid is really the only fitting description, but here live performances appear like an energized fauxhemian dance party sure to please the aural preferences of Rand and the freshmen girls that brave his abode, where he will obtain noise ordinances to these jams solely for the purpose of "letting" them hide in his room when Officer Noris shows up, then nonchalantly asking them if they want to check out his music blog. Meet Jati... Agro Craig's Africans Reggae Foil
Meet Jati, I did this past weekend at a local block party in downtown Blue Ridge; vocalist and bassist for Turtle Town, Tennessee's own THE NATTI LOVE JOYS. He spent the evening rocking out in his well worn "Respect My Authority" Eric Cartman tee with is oversized red sunglasses on his bubinga bass (which I can only assume needs to be played while resting on a stand because he was too high to hold it and it was obviously too much of a burden to be played using a strap).
Before TNLJ's first set break he mentioned they were going to take a "small holiday" at which point I jarred back, "Yeah, a Deadlock Holiday." He then proceeded to laugh his ass off while pointing at me, reminiscent of the Jamaican tour guide when asked how may tokes he takes a day. They video below shows TNLJ preforming (not the block party) as well as a little interview with Jati where he enlightens viewers to the true meaning of reggae. He claims "Reggae is really news from the streets... and the Natti Love Joys' news is even more deep, it's universal."
It's easy to see Jati as a jamtastic reggae version of Mr. Malkmes due to their preference for recreational indulgences and choice of facial hair, but one must see past the obvious. A foil "is a character who contrasts with another character in order to highlight various features of that other character's personality, throwing these characteristics into sharper focus... A foil's complementary role may be emphasized by physical characteristics." Despite the primary obvious physical difference Agro and Jati's entire life mentality are sharply clashing. Joti believes in a laid-back free love where playing a bass that can stand on its own will help bring the world together and he must utilize his skills to help others; where Craig is a little more AGROessive. Believing that life is about self realization through extreme activities and good times. The foil observation is still open for personal interpretation and an open debate may be continued in the comments section below or at Camp Reggae 2010 where we maybe able to involve both parties in question.

Laundry room is nasty, clean out. New sliding glass door bottom track is busted and handle is busted, fix handle charge for damage to door. Eggs broken on up river right bedroom window, clean. Exterior flood light is broken, replace. 2 deck spindles missing, replace.
Living Room/Kitchen: Right wall as you walk in is destroyed, fix and repaint. Some patches and holes in ceiling, patch and repaint. Floors are destroyed, refinish (they were done last year before they moved in). Fridge has many dents, broken handle, missing “crisper” drawer, missing 3 stop bars on fridge door, 2 stop bars on freezer door, butter drawer missing, replace all – call for replacement price (Refrigerator is only 2 years old). Missing 2 interior flood lights, replace. Oven is nasty, clean. Entire wall under picture window is destroyed, replace and repaint. Wall under thermostat has numerous patched holes all of them need some work before painting. 3 large holes around stairwell, patch and repaint. Small hole behind front door, patch and repaint. Closet door under stairs busted, replace.
