Pole House 3: 6/30/10
Exterior: Tons of trash under house (3truck loads). Fire pit, lots of burned furniture, clean up. 3 lights under house missing, bulbs and covers, replace all 3 fixtures. Laundry room is nasty, clean out. New sliding glass door bottom track is busted and handle is busted, fix handle charge for damage to door. Eggs broken on up river right bedroom window, clean. Exterior flood light is broken, replace. 2 deck spindles missing, replace.
Living Room/Kitchen: Right wall as you walk in is destroyed, fix and repaint. Some patches and holes in ceiling, patch and repaint. Floors are destroyed, refinish (they were done last year before they moved in). Fridge has many dents, broken handle, missing “crisper” drawer, missing 3 stop bars on fridge door, 2 stop bars on freezer door, butter drawer missing, replace all – call for replacement price (Refrigerator is only 2 years old). Missing 2 interior flood lights, replace. Oven is nasty, clean. Entire wall under picture window is destroyed, replace and repaint. Wall under thermostat has numerous patched holes all of them need some work before painting. 3 large holes around stairwell, patch and repaint. Small hole behind front door, patch and repaint. Missing hardwire smoke detector, replace. Ceiling fan (was new when they moved in) broken pull cord, replace. Light bulb broken off in ceiling fan socket, replace. 2 kitchen knobs missing, replace. Staples all over cabinet door to the right over the stove, pull and try to patch. Top drawer to the right of the fridge, tracks are broken, replace. Green spray paint on the fireplace and a window try to clean off. Thermostat (new when tenants moved in) has spray paint on it dart and staple holes in it. Staple holes and staples all over living room ceiling and walls, patch and repaint. Every switch and receptacle cover has paint all over them, replace (1 3 way, 1 2 way, 7 singles). Closet door under stairs busted, replace.
Down Bath: Missing 3 40 watt light bulbs, replace. 1st door is broken, replace and repaint. Missing 1 bath knob, replace. Hole in wall behind door, patch and repaint. Missing exhaust fan light cover, replace. AC vent cover missing, replace. Missing towel bar and toilet paper holder, replace both. Missing 2 doorstops, replace.
Down Right Bedroom: Lots of stuff left behind, keep. Hole behind door, patch and repaint. Door stop missing, replace.
Down Left Bedroom: Completely filled with furniture looks like they want to keep most of it. Try to clean the room up a bit so we can see what to do in there. I can see a few small holes but cant really get in the room. Entry door busted, replace.
Stairwell and Up Hallway: Filthy needs to be cleaned and painted. 2 holes in walls patched, need to be fixed or cut out and redone, repaint. Missing light globe, replace. Hole in bottom of wall to the left as you get to up hallway, patch and repaint.
Up River Left Bedroom: Tons of trash and stuff left behind, keep any of the good furniture. Door jam is completely broken, replace entire unit. Room needs to be painted.
Up River Bath: Missing 1 bath knob, replace.
Up River Right Bedroom: Light switch is falling off wall, fix or replace.
Up Road Right Bedroom: Door and jam completely busted, replace. Tons of stuff left behind, keep anything good.
Up Road Bath: 1st door is shattered, replace. Missing lock, replace. Missing 4 40 watt bulbs, replace. Tons of items left behind, throw away anything empty. Missing 2 towel bars and 1 toilet paper holder, replace all three.
Up Road Left Bedroom: Door and jam broken, replace entire unit. New lock (we never got a key, remove and replace with one of our locks.
